Bloatersoft.co.uk was Registered on: 13-Mar-2007 as a domain, officially you could suggest that this was actually when the decision was made to make a company, unfortunately however due to issues caused by a persistantly useless government, the company suffered a duration of shelving. (A long sordid story of manipulation, deception, lies, corruption and grand larceny and thats just the part about the government which technically hasn't stopped.)
